With concert season back in session, I wanted to round up some of my favorite go-to looks for the babes who keep me going! Although it’s not easy to have pretty hair AND dance your heart out at your favorite country star’s show, I’ve broken down some of my favorite hairstyles that hold up the hair - and the hype, no matter how hard you decide to party.
- The Party Pony
As you babes know, the party pony is one of my go to looks! If you want to stay cool while you dance the night away at your next concert, I HIGHLY recommend rocking the party pony! How to achieve this look: start with your natural hair up in a ponytail, and place the clip on the Xo Britt into the base of your natural ponytail to secure its placement. Next, you will wrap the velcro strap around the base until the velcro is no longer showing, and then secure with a bobby pin! That’s it! Haven’t secured your Xo Britt ponytail yet? - The Half-Up, Half-Down Pony
My second favorite style to wear to a show is the half up half down pony! The best part about this style? You can use your clip-ins AND your ponytail at the same time! Who doesn’t love a little bit of double trouble?! How to achieve this look: start by sectioning your hair into two sections. Next, you’ll install two rows of clip-ins in the lower section of your hair. Then you will take the top section of your hair, and walk through the same process that you did to install your party pony! It’s as simple as that!
- The Bubble Braid
The bubble braid has been one of my most iconic styles when it comes to a fun concert look, and can be easily achieved with your clip-ins! Not to mention “bubble braid” sort of just rolls of the tongue! How to achieve this look: watch my tutorial here!
- Spice it Up with Space Buns
You all know I love a little spice in my life, so rocking some space buns could never let me down! How to achieve this look: you’ll start by parting your hair into three sections — one lower section, and then one upper section that you will split down the middle of your scalp! Next, you’ll want to create miniature buns on each side of your scalp, and secure with bobby pins! From there, you can pull out some of the hairs with a tail comb to give your buns a fuller look! How easy is that?!
- The Boho Braid
Last (but certainly not least!) is one of my personal favorites: the boho braid. You all saw me rock this look for one of my photoshoots, but I have to say, having a fun braided style is always a great way to stand out from the crowd at any show! How to achieve this look: watch my tutorial here!
That’s it for now, babe! Don’t forget to tag me in your pics on Instagram at @xobrittaldean with the hashtag #xobrittbabe for a chance to be featured! Which hairstyle will you be rocking at the next show?!
